Questions

- Is this the same as installing a chatbot?
- No. A chatbot answers questions. The automation we build does work: it moves data between systems, drafts and sends, schedules, chases and reports, with a human approving anything that carries risk.
- What about our data and confidentiality?
- We design for it from the start. Data stays in your cloud account, in the UK or EU where that matters, and we document exactly what each assistant can see and do. Emily, our own product, holds customer data in London on Google Cloud for the same reason.
- How quickly can we see results?
- Discovery takes about two weeks. The first automation is usually live within a month of that, and we measure the hours it saves rather than asking you to take it on trust.
