Our Story
White Rabbit Foundry exists to solve real problems, not just build digital products. We’re a product studio and consulting collective driven by curiosity, intelligence, and a shared belief that technology should serve people, not the other way around. We bring clarity to complexity, helping organisations design smarter systems, automate intelligently, and create meaningful change that lasts.
Our Journey
Founded in 2023, White Rabbit Foundry began as Huzza World, a bold experiment in uniting local businesses through a new kind of loyalty platform. What started as a single product soon evolved into something larger: a growing demand for integrated solutions, automation, and data-led decision-making.
As our projects and partnerships expanded, so did our vision. In 2024, we established our first international studio in New York City, building relationships and exploring how technology could empower businesses on both sides of the Atlantic. By 2025, that growth led to a natural rebrand: White Rabbit Foundry, representing a more ambitious direction, combining our studio’s product innovation with the strategic and consulting expertise that our clients trust us for.
Today, we continue to build scalable products while using our experience to help others navigate digital transformation with confidence and creativity.
Our Foundations
White Rabbit Foundry was founded by Vydimantas “Vydi” Baltrusaitis, a digital and data leader with experience shaping transformation across FTSE 100 organisations and scale-ups. After spending 18 months in New York City building the company’s American presence, Vydi returned to London to lead White Rabbit Foundry’s global expansion, assembling a growing network of collaborators united by curiosity, intelligence, and purpose.
At its core, the Foundry is designed to be a centre of excellence, a space where talent, creativity, and technology come together to build something better. We’re nurturing the next generation of problem-solvers, people who think differently, work collaboratively, and share our belief that meaningful progress begins with asking the right questions.
