- What is an AI email assistant?
- Software that reads and writes email for you with your permission: replying, scheduling, summarising, following up and researching. Emily does all of that by email itself, so there is no separate app. You copy her in or write to her, and she does the work and reports back.
- Does Emily send emails without asking me?
- Only when you tell her to. By default she drafts and you approve. You can give her standing permission for specific things, such as proposing meeting times or sending a follow-up after a week of silence, and withdraw it at any time.
- Which calendars and email providers does she work with?
- Google Workspace and Gmail, Microsoft 365 and Outlook, and Apple iCloud. Because she works by email, she also works with any mail client on any device.
- How much does Emily cost?
- Personal plans start at £5 a seat a month with a 14-day free trial. Enterprise pricing is available for teams that need shared rules, a dedicated address and a security review.
- Where is my data held and who can see it?
- In the UK, on Google Cloud in the London region, in a project owned by White Rabbit Foundry, so UK data residency and GDPR come as standard. Emily works only with the email you send her or copy her into. There is a published security policy on the Emily site, and you can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.
