- What does fractional leadership actually look like?
- Typically one or two days a week for six to twelve months. You get someone who has done the job before, without the salary, notice period or recruitment fee of a permanent hire, and who helps you make that hire when you are ready.
- Do you run training for non-technical teams?
- Yes. Our Essential Digital Skills programme was written for independent business owners with no technical background, and we adapt the same approach for marketing, operations and leadership teams.
