Data & Analytics
Data and analytics support that changes how decisions get made.
Most companies are not short of data. What they lack is one version of it that the leadership team believes, delivered in time to act on. We help you set the strategy, build the platform and get reporting into the hands of the people who need it, and we stay involved until it is being used.
What we do
The work, specifically.
- 01
Data strategy and roadmap
A practical plan for the next twelve months, tied to what the business is trying to achieve, with the team, governance and tools needed to deliver it.
- 02
Analytics platforms on the cloud
Warehouses, pipelines and reporting layers on Google Cloud, Snowflake or Databricks. We build them so your own people can run them afterwards.
- 03
Dashboards and reporting
Executive views and self-serve reporting designed around the questions each team actually asks, with one definition for every metric.
- 04
Forecasting and predictive models
Demand, churn and customer value models, measured honestly against what you would have done without them.
- 05
Governance and data quality
Clear ownership, definitions and monitoring, sized for your organisation rather than lifted from a framework.
Questions
Things people ask us first.
- Do we need a data team before you can help?
- No. Plenty of our work starts with one person who owns a spreadsheet. We can act as your data function while you decide what to hire, and help you make those hires when the time comes.
- Which platforms do you work with?
- Mostly Google Cloud, including BigQuery, alongside Snowflake and Databricks where a client already uses them. For reporting we use Looker, Power BI and Tableau. We choose based on what your team can maintain, not on what we would prefer to sell.
- How long does a data strategy take?
- A focused strategy sprint usually runs for two to four weeks and ends with a costed, sequenced plan your leadership team can stand behind.

Every partnership starts with a conversation. Share a few details about your goals and a member of the team will be in touch.
