Why White Rabbit Foundry
The most productive way to get data and AI work done.
Big consultancies bring a bench. Agencies bring a hand-off. We bring a small team of senior people who have run data and technology functions themselves, and who ship. It is a more efficient way to work, and it shows in the numbers above.
Senior people, no bench
You work with the people who do the work. Nobody learns on your budget, and nothing is lost between the person who sold the project and the person building it.
Weeks, not quarters
Strategy sprints run in two weeks. First working software lands in weeks. Progress is visible every week, not revealed at the end.
One team, strategy to code
Data, AI, software and integration from the same small team, so the roadmap and the build never drift apart and there is no second agency to brief.
Products keep us honest
Emily, Clean Rabbit and the crossword are live, in daily use and supported by us. What we recommend is what we have shipped.

Selected work
Some of what we have built.
A delivery app in both app stores, a digital skills programme for independent businesses in New York, and an AI assistant with paying customers. Here is some of what we have built.
Streetly
Local shopping and delivery, iOS and Android
Streetly puts the high street in your hands. Shoppers browse independent local retailers, put items from several shops into one basket and choose same-day or scheduled zero-emission delivery. We took the original concept, rebranded it, rebuilt the platform end to end and launched it on both app stores for eStreet Services.

Website, membership platform and member programmes, New York
The Chamber represents independent businesses across Greenwich Village and Chelsea. We relaunched its website so the team could manage content themselves, connected it to a new membership platform, and gave the Chamber the event, email and reporting tools it needed. Alongside the technology we worked directly with member businesses through our Essential Digital Skills workshops and through sponsorship.

What we didEmily
AI email assistant, our own product
Emily lives in your inbox. Email her and she replies on your behalf, finds meeting times across Google, Microsoft and Apple calendars, sets reminders, researches, drafts proposals and chases replies. Everything about her is ours: the product, the AI, the infrastructure, the security documentation and the support inbox.

What we did
Products
Built by us, used every day.
Two products, designed and built end to end by the same team you would be working with. They keep us close to what it really takes to put AI and software in front of real people.
AI email assistant
Emily runs your inbox. You just email her.
Emily replies on your behalf, schedules meetings, sets reminders, researches and follows up, all by email. No app to install and nothing new to learn.
- Works with Google, Microsoft and Apple calendars
- Automatic follow-ups and daily briefings
- Data held in London on Google Cloud
- 14-day free trial, no card required
Free disk cleaner
Clean Rabbit minds its own business.
Six tools in one 10 MB app for macOS, Windows and Linux. Everything is scanned on your own machine, and nothing about your files ever leaves it.
- Disk cleaner, duplicate finder, large and old files
- App uninstaller, startup items and scheduled scans
- Signed and notarised on macOS
- Free, with no upsell and no dark patterns
How we work
Small teams, short cycles, and work you can see.
We have sat on the client side of enough projects to know what makes them succeed: clear goals, senior people, and progress you can see every week rather than a reveal at the end.
- 01
Understand
A short discovery that ends with the problem written down in a paragraph everyone agrees with, and a plan that fits on a page.
- 02
Build
Small senior teams shipping something real every week or two, so you see the work as it grows rather than at the end.
- 03
Hand over
Documentation, training and a team that can run it without us. That is the point.
Industries
Where we have done this before.
Different sectors, the same underlying problems: data in too many places, processes held together by people, and software that has fallen behind the business.
Financial services
Decision intelligence, controls and reporting in regulated environments.
Retail and consumer
Customer data, loyalty, commerce platforms and international trading.
Technology and software
Product analytics, platform engineering and AI features that ship.
Marketplaces
Two-sided data, matching, pricing and operational automation.
Media and agencies
Campaign reporting, client data and the automation that gives hours back each week.
Emerging sectors
First data platforms and first products for businesses defining a category.

Good to know
Questions we hear before the first call.
Straight answers to the things people usually ask. Anything else, just ask us.
- What kind of companies do you work with?
- Mostly mid-sized businesses and ambitious smaller ones: retailers, marketplaces, technology companies, financial services firms and agencies that need cloud solutions, internal tools, customer-facing apps or help with data and strategy. We also work with founders taking a first product to market.
- Where are you based?
- London, at 86-90 Paul Street near Old Street, with a history of work in New York. We work with clients across the UK, Europe and the United States, remotely and on site.
- Are you a data consultancy, an AI agency or a software company?
- All three, deliberately. White Rabbit Foundry is a London data, AI and digital consultancy that also builds: data and analytics platforms, AI automation, custom software, systems integration and strategy, delivered by one small senior team rather than handed between specialists. Most clients come to us for one of those and stay because the same people can do the next thing.
- What makes you more efficient than a larger agency or consultancy?
- Fewer people, more senior ones, and no hand-offs. You work directly with the people doing the work, strategy sprints run in two weeks, first working software arrives in weeks rather than quarters, and estimates are phase by phase so nothing is paid for that is not needed. The solutions we optimise save our clients 32% on average, and we measure ourselves on how little you need us afterwards.
- Do you build products as well as consult?
- Yes, and we think that matters. Emily, Clean Rabbit and Streetly are all products we designed, built and support, so the advice we give is grounded in shipping software rather than in slides.
- How much does it cost?
- It depends on the shape of the work, so we give a written estimate before anything starts. Discovery and strategy sprints are fixed price. Build work is estimated phase by phase, so you are never committed further than the next milestone. Fractional leadership is a monthly retainer for an agreed number of days.
- How do engagements usually start?
- With a conversation, then a short discovery or strategy sprint of two to four weeks. That gives both sides a clear plan and a sense of whether we work well together before anyone commits to more.
